Refund policy
We do not offer a refund policy on all wax products as these are made to order for the customer needs.
If a glass product is smashed / not working then please contact us.
We will require the product back so that we can contact the supplier and then will advise the procedure moving forward
Delivery charges are non-refundable, the customer is responsible for return postage.
If you wish to cancel your order you will need to email us as soon as possible. Only wholesale orders have the possibility of being cancelled as long as work has not started on your order then a refund can be issued and this will take upto 14 working days. Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method.
Normal orders cannot be cancelled as they are available items and are packed and shipped same day. You will have to wait to receive the parcel and then return if you still do not want this order
